Despite what seems to be endless rain, our crews have still been able to make progress on our projects! This project includes the installation of a water feature and fountain with lights that will provide a tranquil space for relaxing as well as aerate the pond to help control algae growth and sustain the trout. In the construction we used on site boulders hand selected by the client. A mix of ornamental and native wetland plants were used.
Here are some more photos of the Littleton project! Grand views and a grand house inspired us for this massive landscape/hardscape design. Now our installation gets to be the foundation of many memories to come! Once the plants grow and patio furniture is laid out this outdoor living space will have a complete and cozy feel, despite its enormity.
Things are moving right along with this big Littleton project! The massive waterfall is running and the sunken bar is taking its shape! We cannot wait until all the finishing touches are done and everything comes together! Every week the landscape gets more and more impressive which is very rewarding for the crew who has been working hard!
Sometimes it’s hard to tell with week to week updates just how much progress we are making, but if you look back to where we started, you’ll see how much we’ve done! This was a beautiful house with amazing views, but it sat on top of a barren hill. Our job was to make the landscape just as grand as the home with the installation of planting beds, granite pavers, a swimming pool, wet bar, waterfall, patio, outdoor kitchen and more! In about three weeks this project will be done and we’re all very excited to see everything come together!
One of our crews is finishing up work at this old historic estate in Bethlehem, New Hampshire! The landscaping for this property had to be integrated into an existing ledge, partly consisting of a giant rock. We put in a swimming/Koi pond equipped with a three pump system for maximum flow and circulation, an aerator, and color changing underwater LED lights! Both the lights and equipment use a Pentair Easy Touch System which can be activated with any Smartphone or tablet. The pond is fed by a huge, curving waterfall that starts from behind the gazebo.
We’re making progress on the big Littleton project! Last you saw we were putting in granite pavers and plants in the front, now we’re working on the back side of the house with amazing views! The massive waterfall is dug and the stone slab stairs that run along it are set! The hole for the pool is dug as well and soon the wet bar, patio and outdoor kitchen will be coming together! Keep your eyes out for more photos of our progress coming soon!
Phase one of this project is almost complete! The granite cobbestone drive, porte-cochere and some plantings are in. Phase two will be happening soon, including a pool, patio, sunken bar, more plantings, stream bed and waterfall! And if that doesn't wow you enough, there will be a phase three! Check back later to see how it all comes together!
Our crew has finished work at this St. Johnsbury home! The landscape is complete with planting beds, a patio, a walkway, and oh, did we mention a giant waterfall?! These clients can now enjoy dinner on their patio while listening to the calming sounds of water falling down shelves of rocks into a retention pond.
Imagine coming home every day to a beautiful outdoor space where you can entertain a group of friends and family or just simply lay out, soak up some sun and enjoy a good book. Watch your kids splash around in the pool or casually float around for a while. Throw a pool party, host that Luau you’ve always wanted to, catch up with old friends, invite the in-laws over; the possibilities are endless, but they all start with Landshapes.
